Darkroom mode not working

Hi, I have a problem with darkroom mode, it simply doesn't work. I could guess that this is connected with Windows 10 May Update, but i'm not 100% sure.
I checked current version (4.104) and beta (4.105), both don't work.
Also, most color effects seem to be buggy or not working.
I've got 18362.145 installed. -
I've got the exact same problem, can't use the dimming feature as well. It's because of the latest 1903 windows update, nothing else. Hope this gets resolved soon!
