f.lux Not Using Default Windows Color Profile During Daytime

In f.lux version 4.104.0.1 on Windows 10 build 1809, f.lux is not using my Windows color settings. The problem occurs on two different monitors.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start f.lux during the day
2. Get an ICM file
3. Apply the ICM file as the default for your user account in Windows Color Management

Expected Result:
Different colors

Actual Result:
No change.

I would upload a profile but the forum says "You do not have enough privileges for this action."

We stopped looking for changes to color profiles frequently, due to a major memory leak in Windows May 2019 update. If you change color profiles, you now have to restart f.lux (or wait an entire day for us to check).
