Appears as-though f.lux doesn't accommodate multiple desktops, rendered with the Desktops 2.0 tool from Microsoft's Windows SysInternals Suite.

Essentially, this is the Windows "equivalent" of running Virtual Desktops on-top of Windows. Only the first pane appears to work.
