Software cursor option makes cursor disappear in Steam overlay

When Software mouse cursor is enabled and filter is applied, there is no cursor visible in when in a Steam game and Steam overlay mode is active.
A possible solution could be to disable soft cursor for fullscreen apps (or having an option for it).
