The "Update Automatically" setting doesn't seem to be working for me.

@TwoCables I didn't have the "Join f.lux beta to test new releases" setting checked, but I enabled it, exited f.lux, and relaunched the program.
It updated itself to v4.66. Thanks! -
Yes we haven't pushed 4.66 to 4.55 users yet - just all the ones before it.
It's at the point we think it's better than 4.55 but we are waiting to be sure.
