F.lux can't remember wake up time?

Every time when I change the mode, the wake-up time is reset and every time I need to adjust it for the one I need. Why does not the program remember that time?

Classic f.lux sets your wake time to sunrise so the graph draws in the right place.
This is a very special preset and only "Classic f.lux" will do this.
