Behavior of flux when earliest wakeup time set to evening.

When earliest wakeup time is set to evening, it is assumed that my sleep schedule basically overlap with daylight time. However, in this situation, shortly after sunrise and before my supposed sleeping time, the flux would raise the screen temperature to full 6500k during the period of time. Can that be prevented from happening?
