      Flux has the wrong sunset time for me, its over an hour off.

      and yes i have my location set by zipcode.

      as of the time of this post it says 48 minutes to sundown at 7:57pm, and sunset was about half an hour ago.

            Does the map in the f.lux location dialog look right? Can you send your approximate location (support at justgetflux.com if you want it to be private). Thanks...

              No it's not, it's putting me in texas (i'm in NC) and completely ignoring the zip code i entered.

              I entered my city/state and it is now correct.

              why does it say enter zipcode at all?

                Ummmmmm this may be one of the things I fixed last week in our beta build.

                https://justgetflux.com/flux-setup4.exe to test?

                  @herf

                  seems to work now.

                  though i'm wondering, why does the program start before the sun goes down?

                  Says sunset in 21 minutes but it's already started dimming.

                    @Tylerr yes it will start quite some time before as the sun starts changing color and making a lot less light then too.
