Flux automatically gets disabled on watching Online Videos or Movies.

The screen automatically comes back to the normal preset of 6500K on watching fullscreen videos.What could be the possible fix for this?
On Windows 7 Professional
Intel HD Graphics Adapter -
Toggle the setting called "Disable for fullscreen apps".
