Option to enable F.lux in Java/Oracle forms applications

With the new Beta, F.lux is automatically disabled for Java/Oracle forms applications. I have to work a lot in applications like this.
Because of this, I uninstalled the Beta and installed the latest stable version.
Please add a checkbox somewhere so that I can re-enable it for this type of applications. -
There is a "disable by app" feature in this version. Can you check that you haven't checked it by accident?
See the disable menu from the f.lux icon when you're running the affected app.
