Hi
How to add: 32457 - Porta Westfalica (Germany) - 52° 14' 27.155" N 8° 55' 28.795" E ?
It isnt possible. Everytime it set up to Santa Monica and i cant find me correct location before pressing on »OK«.What do?

Yeah, that's a bug in this version of the Beta. Even so, you can still do it. Copy and paste 52° 14' 27.155" N 8° 55' 28.795" E into the box and then click OK. After you do this, the f.lux window will show "52.0°N, 14.0°E". If you open the location window again, do not click OK without first entering some location. If you click OK before entering a location, then you'll get reset to 34.0°N, 118.5°W. So if you open the location window again, then click Cancel to avoid making any changes.
You can also just put in 52.0N, 14.0E.

Sorry, just fixed this on the server.
Test code went live.

@TwoCables correct. went back to the other code near Asia…
@herf I'm wondering, that f.lux works though for me without a location. Why i do need this? It's using my system-time, does'nt it?
So why do i have to set up a location code? -

So why do i have to set up a location code?So that f.lux knows when sunrise and sunset is. Your computer doesn't know when sunrise and sunset is. F.lux gets this data from the server that herf mentioned, and the server needs to know where you are located so that it can tell f.lux when your sunrise and sunset is.

Seasonality is a big deal, so two people in the same timezone may have different sunrise and sunset.
No we do not compute this on a server (only use a simple geoIP service to find your location).

Ok. Thanks :)
