Momentary Interruptions Win10 Flux 4.134

I'm using flux on windows, I have it set to essentially just maintain one constant level of filtering. When receiving a windows notification the filter momentarily returns the screen to the eye-watering default blue hue. Quite a flash bang I must say. This also happens when entering the display tab of windows settings, an easily reproducible method. In this case the lack of flux remains until I switch tabs out of the windows settings window although flux remains if I tab back in.
Am I missing some setting to prevent this?

@SteelTalow this is a problem with Windows for a while now, and we have not gotten a fix from Microsoft yet. The decent news is that it only seems to happen once per reboot - so it's terrible but it should be just the one time.
