Flux says it's open but it's not

Hi there. The program is saying it's open but is not and is not showing in my toolbar or in the force quit section. It shows in the activity monitor and that was the only way I could quit the program. I deleted and reinstalled after restarting my computer but it's doing the same thing. This just randomly happened after the computer was in standby. Any ideas? Thank you!
