I have been using my MacBook Air a lot more lately with my iPad connected via USB as a sidecar display. Every time f.lux updates the color temperature of the main display, it freezes for a second or two if the iPad is a 2nd monitor via sidecar. This does not happen when I only use the MacBook on its own.

A workaround for now is that I enabled fast transitions so that f.lux does not have to update the temperature of the display as much.

I think that this happens because of some kind of incompatibility with sidecar.

@Nikipe is f.lux working on sidecar with this pause, or is it just using the iPad settings? I guess fast transitions is the best that could be done though we might be able to ignore the sidecar device if needed.
