What are the optimal screen settings 2 hours before bed (outside of just Flux)?

Hello,
I'm curious about the optimal screen settings when using the PC late at night, like 2 hours before sleeping. I've read a bit through the forum and I've seen @TwoCables recommend to use the warmest color and dimmest lightining that you can tolerate, which makes sense.
However there are a lot of ways to change your screen settings (changing your monitor settings manually, using f.lux, using built-in windows night mode...) and I have no idea how they fit together/if they should all even be used.
I'm interested in knowing what's the best way to achieve low blue light and brightness. Which methods you recommend that stack together, and in which order.
All the help would be much appreciated!

@lux1782 I think screens should dim quite a bit before bed, but also the ambient light in the room you're in matters a lot as well. So I would try to have some scheduled dimming in your room, and then dim the screen to keep it readable, but not bright. The color changes we do with f.lux account for another 3-10x in "equivalent dimming" but you should do both.
