V42 Monterey 12.7 Map is dark!

When it is setting my location, it shows this map to confirm it is in the right place.

I guess this is meant to show a night time view. But here it is 10am.

Really, showing a map that reflects the time of day is clever, but not helpful when you get black on very dark blue and you are supposed to confirm it is in the right place. Please just show a daytime map so we can see what it is pointing to.

@davidmorr yes I can tell that's hard to see. We'll work on contrast.

I guess there's a little romance in the NASA "Black Marble" image that we like, but you have to be able to see it. It looks like the pin is perhaps a bit big down there too.
