How to set sunset less than 2700

Hello,
I'd like to set less than 2700 units of brightness for sunset. However, in UI 2700 is the least possible value, as it ranges from 2700 to daylight. Bedtime ranges from 1200 to Sunset, but I cannot manually turn it on. It seems like it turns on automatically based on time and location, and I have no power to turn it on manually.
My UI screenshot shows I cannot set less than 2700 for Sunset. Could you please help me with this setting?

I installed Flux with brew brew install --cask flux, flux version

Flux 41.4 is currently the newest version available.
(You are currently running version 42.1.)

MacOS is 12.6 (21G115)
