Long toolbar hides flux app, preventing me from disabling it

Long toolbar hides flux app, preventing me from disabling it in that app. Im using Cinema4D and because theres a ton of toolbar options, all the menu bar apps get hidden, which means you cant disable flux. this is a big problem because you need to see true colors in graphics programs and its causing an annoying work around where i have to quit flux everytime i want to use Cinema4D.
