Big Sigur - Location Services

Hii! I have been using Flux for years… finally getting my old 2013 Macbook Pro upgraded to Big Sur… Flux was working great until I upgraded software and I also just changed my username for my account. I moved it's homefolder and everything. Now Flux says location services isn't working and suggests I check the airport enabled? I have checked in system preferences and flux has the authority to see the location.. I have set my zip code manually and saved it. When I close flux and reopen it, it does not remember my location.. so what do I do.. do I need to completely uninstall and reinstall? I tried re-downloading to the latest flux and dragging the new app over the older app in applications. Any ideas of what's going on? I'm going to restart the mac and see if that makes a difference.
