v41.9 bet- Colors keep resetting to 6500k

I have a Monterey 12.0.1 Macbook Pro, and the colors were changing to cyan when using Flux.
So, I upgraded to f.lux v41.9 and entered the required terminal command. The cyan issue is fixed. However, the colors do not last. They briefly turn the correct color (e.g. 3500k). Then, if I interact with my computer in any way, flux resets back to 6500k.

@mathwizurd Update: turns out it was Google Chrome which was resetting Flux.
I went full screen, clicked on the Flux icon, and saw it was "Disabled for Chrome." I unselected that, and everything worked!
