Flux no longer working (high sierra)

Flux does not work at all anymore.
It does not dim or change the color of the screen.
Dark room mode inverts the tones, but there is no color (it's all grayscale instead of red+black. )
I've tried downloading and re-installing to no avail.

We don't know of any updates in High Sierra that should affect this - did you add any hardware/external displays or anything like that.
