      Hi,
I'm a video editor in a windowless studio. What is the best setting in f.lux, to reduce headaches.

You'll have to experiment because the best for you could be far from the best for someone else.

Realize too that it could just be the monitor you have, or its brightness setting, the refresh rate, maybe it's flickering too much, or perhaps it's even some other factor like something in your diet or caffeine. F.lux may be a great program, but headaches from sitting at the computer aren't always caused by the color temperature.

I've found that the transition between 5500(day) - 2700(night) to be bit rough immediately. So if you can change it once you feel eye stain, simply do that. Anything under 6500k is an improvement besides.

Also I've personally used dark wallpapers, dark text editors, dark firefox theme and youtube overhaul etc. Which is much more comfortable in the evening.
