What's your f.lux configuration?

I'm just curious about it.
My configuration is:
Day = Complete daylight,like 6500K
From roughly 9 PM,the light turns to 3050K (Halogen is too much light for me)
And from almost midnight,it's Candle.Is it good?

Day= 6500K
Sunset & Bedtime = 4800K
7.30 am is my earliest wake time
