flux bugg on os x 10.11.6

Im trying to set flux on bed time with the lowest bedtime color 1200k (RED) but it keep going back to sunset and 1900k after just few seconds....?
Why is this happening and it was working well before in some early versions but since the latest update this function stopped working... im using version 40.1
Can someone help me ?

Bedtime only engages when f.lux gets to the lowest point in the schedule - so clicking the button lets you "set it up" but not change to it, if that makes sense?
You can turn on the option to expand your slider ranges, and then you can adjust the "current" slider to a lower number as you like.
