Dear,

can we elucidate how to keep Mojave in dark mode full time? I keep reading that FLUX is switching the OS X system back to non-dark mode.

Looking forward to have permanently dark interface with FLUX running permanently in manual mode.

Yes, just turn off the f.lux option to change it, and turn it on in System Preferences instead.
