      Hello guys! I am wondering what would be the optimal combination for a room light and PC monitor light so that I can prevent eyestrain while keeping a reasonable amount of accurate color depiction. My eyes are sensitive to light so I want to find a setup that will help me not strain them but also be good for playing video games and watching movies.
