      Hey there,

I'm using f.lux for a couple months now and I'm really with it. It helps me fall asleep even if I'm stuck in front of my computer screen for way too late and all this running smoothly in the background without requiring much interaction.
But recently it appears to me that f.lux is always setting the screen brightness to exactly 50% no matter what time it is. I can turn it back up or down but within approx. 15 seconds it is turned back to 50%.

I already tried all possible settings in f.lux or on the mac itself. The only way to get rid of it is to disable or quit f.lux.

      Does anyone have similar experiences?

My mac is a late 2009 macbook pro (5,5) running OSX 10.13.6 (high sierra).

Our "dim on disable" feature adjusts brightness - only on disable/enable.

Otherwise we never adjust it, and only macOS automatic brightness should affect it.
