      Here's an excellent video that explains the science behind our biological clocks.. from the Scripts La Jolla researcher that discovered it. Very enlightening. Now I about the master clock section of the brain and understand why infants don't sleep through the night. My takeaway, we need both bright blue light and lack blue light of on a circadian cycle to keep our clocks in sync. This affects not only sleep but every organ in the body....

      BTW, I've started an experiment to see how altering my environmental lighting ti be circadian affects my sleep. I've been monitoring my sleep with an Oura ring to monitor deep and rem sleep so I have a baseline. It'll be interesting to see how it affects my sleep....
