Flux v4.76 color issues

Yesterday I updated my flux to v4.76 which worked fine. However, after restarting my Windows computer the colors on my screen were completely off. Now I exited flux, switched off my computer, de-installed flux, updated my graphic drivers - but the colors are still abnormal. The strangest thing is that once in a while it automatically changes the colors - like a completely new filter is put on.
Sometimes the color red is completely gone, sometimes the color blue. .etc.
Can someone help me? Is this a software or hardware issue? And is it Windows or Flux related?
