Blue light damage your skin

Hello,
I just got to know this morning that blue light (HEV rays) affect your skin and speed up the ageing process. I was wondering if F.lux or the Night Light from Windows 10 eliminate the HEV Rays and Blue Light then it does NOT damage your skin? Or does it only reduce partially the HEV rays?

Computer monitors and tablet displays and smart phone displays nowhere near bright enough to cause any harm, even with prolonged daily exposure. They would have to be about as bright as the sun, and consider how bright the sun has to be in order to be as bright as it is at its extreme distance from our planet. It's like a huge nuclear explosion sitting out in space (and fortunately, we're at a fairly safe distance from it, or else this would be an extremely hot planet). A computer monitor can't hurt your skin, but the sun sure can.
If you want protection from harmful light, try to stay out of the sun. ;) I have a 98-year old grandmother who tried to stay out of the sun as much as she could her whole life, and her skin looks quite good for being an extremely old woman.

I think it will greatly affect the skin of people who work too much on the computer for a long time

I indeed stay out of the sun and wear suncream when I go out.
I'm always working all the day in front of my computer, I literally spend my life on it. But do you think warm colors like NightLight or F.lux light eliminate the risk to affect my skin?

I did some research, and it turns out that LCD and LED monitors do not emit any harmful light for whatsoever - not for our skin OR our eyes. The only monitors that DO are the old CRT monitors (the really big bulky ones). The only thing "harmful", if you want to call it that, is the amount of blue light emitted. Blue light is alerting. It can delay or suppress or interrupt melatonin production at night. That's the only thing that's harmful about the light emitted from LCD and LED monitors. It's only harmful to your circadian rhythm.
