I'm having a problem getting F.lux to open on my mac 10.9.5.
I've tried downloading from Google Chrome and also Safari.
The F.lux icon pops up in the menu bar next to my clock in the upper right corner of the screen. However, it disappears right away.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like another app is in conflict with it. Do you have Iris installed?
