OSX dark theme is always disabled on login.

I use the osx dark theme 24/7. In f.lux there is the option to use the dark theme at sunset. Frustratingly the dark theme is always disabled on startup since I installed flux, whether or not the option for dark theme at sunset is checked or unchecked.

To restate: you've turned off f.lux's adjustment but it's still affecting you on restart?

Yes it is as he said.
Whenever I restart my OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 my default dark theme is changed to white theme because of F.lux.
Its a bit annoying.
