Snagit -> when screen shotting color goes to night mode :-(

I use Snagit for doing screenshots. My day "white" background color ist bright white. My night color ist a warm orange white. So when I try to take a screenshot during the day the screen turns to night mode and I get my orange white background. After the screenshot is taken it turns back to day mode. But the taken shot/image is in night mode with orange background
Do I something wrong?
I am on Win10.
