I've been using f.lux for quite awhile for night computer work. Today, one of my e-newsletters featured an article on how to improve your appearance in video chats. It discusses both Windows and macOS options for night mode to avoid skin tone washout.

I see lots of discussion here on night use and it is not obvious how to get the effect he describes. Suggestions?
