Lowest settings for ALL day

Hello,
first of all I'd like to thank you for this program. I've been dealing with sensitive eyes all my life, and this has been a big help for reading stuff at my computer.
I used f.lux for quite some time, but now i changed computer and apparently I have a new updated f.lux. I have no idea how to set the light to be the lowest all day long.

In the f.lux menu, choose "Adjust all colors at once".
You can put f.lux into the night mode or day mode by entering a fake location into f.lux. You can also give it a fake wake-up time to put it into bedtime mode.

Hi, thank you very much for your answer. I don't understand, I did as you told me, and I set the bar all to left for "it's daytime". "sunset" and "bedtime". Nothing changed.
So I have to change the location every time I use my computer? It's a little annoying, I'm sorry. But again, thank you. -
@TwoCables Ok, I tried with the zip code of Australia and Texas, and it's still blue as usual. I feel like a total idiot, and it's frustrating. I really don't get it.

If nothing changed after moving all 3 of those sliders, then you probably have f.lux disabled. At least one of them should have made a difference because f.lux is always in at least one of the modes.
Faking your location and wake time is a one-time setup process (it's easier than waiting for f.lux to enter each of the 3 modes naturally). I did the same thing because I don't use f.lus the same way everyone else does (I don't need any of its automatic adjustments). You don't have to do this more than once. It's a setup process. You do it once and then it's set.
Just spend some time with it. I did, and that's how I figured it out. No one told me how to do this.

What is the color temperature set to right now? What is that main single slider set to?

@TwoCables I deleted it and re installed it again, still the same.
I set every bar I saw all left.
My eyes are already hurting, dammit. I'll have to answer you later.

If you are seeing what looks like the 6500K setting to you, then something is overriding f.lux. I think Windows 10 has its own built-in 'feature' that is supposed to do what f.lux does. Try to find it and disable it.
In the meantime, turn on some lights and turn down your monitor's brightness. I'm getting the impression your room is too dark and your monitor's brightness is set very high.

It would make easy to set any bright option manually mode for all day long, or between a range of hours or something similar, with no dependency of the Geolocation API. Also Windows 10 has its useful single own built-in feature for night light but it's only for versions 17.03 and above, what means that there are at least three main ISO of Windows 10 with no feature at all of this kind (15.07, 15.11 and 16.07). Probably a single interface also may contribute to understand better the available options for mostly all people. :/

Hi, thank you again. Sorry for answering so late. I don't have windows 10, but windows 7. Also I just re-installed it, so no programm or application could be"overriding" f.lux. What should I do?

Ow, sorry! I didn't mean "upgrade", I meant "i downloaded the newest driver for my graphic-card". I hate technical language in english, so difficult for me to explain :'( forgive me :D
