Using orange screen under white light good or bad ?
I have read that the reason you should use orange screen is because the light in your house is kinda orange. But in my room the light is white, so does using orange screen in white room bad for my eyes ? or I can use it to reduce blue light ?

The short answer is - we don't know, but visually, there is less eyestrain when a screen matches the room.
For sleep impact, reducing light levels is also very important, so if you can't control the color of the room light, dimming or turning off some lights can help.
using of dull screen prevents eye irritation
