iMessage Stopping Flux

Whenever I open iMessage flux stops working and the screen goes back to normal color. Is there a way to fix this?
Edit: No other app does this just iMessage. Also as soon as I close iMessage is starts going back down to the correct color.

@lordhappyface Maybe you accidentally disabled Flux for this application. Click on the menu bar icon > Disable and check if iMessage is checked.
