blue pixels appear in random places while watching moving images

When I'm watching tv, blue pixels appear on certain colors (white, light blue). This only happens with moving images, and when I move the mouse the blue pixels disappear and colors adjust slightly so I can't take a screen shot. It's never a problem when I disable flux, so it definitely has something to do with the app, but not sure what to do about this...please help!
