I think this started happening this week.
I used to be able to play minecraft full screen and f.lux would work but now it doesn't. It doesn't even turn back on when I alt-tab or exit the game until I move one of the sliders here http://imgur.com/vqOl83L
The program never tinted TF2 fullscreen but atleast it stayed on on other windows.
This is very annoying because every time I'm done playing a game or just want to alt-tab I get my eyes destroyed by bright lights and I have to click 4 times to fix it

I'm still on v3.10 so that hasn't changed

@interp Same her Windows 10 Creators, go full screen and F.Lux color frequency changes revert to default monitor color frequency.

I updated to 3.12 and the problem is no more.

                Nice.

F.lux 4 is in beta right now if you'd like to give it a shot. We're on version 4.24 and it's looking very good.

Version 4.21 is in that thread, but version 4.24 is linked here: https://forum.justgetflux.com/post/13457

If you wish to try this, then I recommend a fresh installation of f.lux. So, I recommend uninstalling f.lux 3.12 first and restarting your computer.
