Update popup very inconvenient

Hi, I've been a happy user for several months, however a couple of days ago I was watching a movie and an update popup came out in the middle of it. It is VERY obtrusive and in a work or business setting can be distractive or even inappropiate. So, my suggestion is, make it like the rest of the OSX notification.

An option to not get update notifications would be great. And therefore also an option to check manually.

I think that if you enable "Automatically download and install updates in the future", then you won't get that notification.

We use the Sparkle updater - I will ask them about a way to avoid fullscreen apps.
