Alternative colours for darkroom mode

I love darkroom mode but it would be even better if there was an option of green rather than red for the base colour. This was suggested a while ago in another thread:

Any chance this might become a feature at some point? Would it be difficult to give users a couple of other options for colours or maybe just a colour wheel to choose whatever hue they like?
