Colorsync Profile not restored after f.lux

I have an external Samsung T200, and when my system restores from f.lux, it defaults to a generic Colorsync profile instead of the custom one I use. What can I do to resolve this?

Are you using 39.94? It has a fix that may be important for this case.
We try always to restore your previous profile...
