Flux 39.94 not starting at logon after account switching

With Flux 39.94 for Mac set to start at login and running in my account, my wife will often log me out and switch to her own account. When she's finished, she logs out of her account and back into my account. Under this circumstance I notice that Flux has not started and must be manually launched.
