Flux changes the dark theme that I had configured in my mac after enabling and then disabling the OSX Dark Theme at sunset option

My mac is configured with the dark theme by default. I was testing out the flux options, and I enabled and then immediately disabled the dark theme at sunset option, and to my surprise, after doing this, my mac was changed to the light theme instead of remembering the theme that I already had before using that option.
