Number of hours before waking

Is there anyway to turn off these messages? They are annoying. F.lux doesn't know what time I awake, it's not an alarm clock, and awake times are irrelevant to the filtering. Please, skip these notices or at least let them be optional.

The reason for the addition of asking you to select when you wake up is so that it has a better idea of about when you should be going to sleep.

You should be able to turn them off from the menu bar icon, go to Options and uncheck "Backwards alarm clock".
