How to connect smart bulb with gesture control?

There are a Gesture Board (mcg3130 microchip) and Magic blue uu e27 bulb bluetooth 4.0 smart bulb that we would like to connect with each other in order to e.g. change the color of bulb with gestures. First of all, we need to get the bluetooth signal from smart bulb, however we could not find a useable method to 'hack' it. LIFX or Phillips HUE aren't suitable for us because it has an own application so we are unable to use that bluetooth signal for gesture board. The issue: How to get this bluetooth signal from smart bulb?
