Sierra, f.lux (possibly) interferes with wake from suspend MBA
-
I upgraded to macOS Sierra and my Macbook Air 5,2 fails to suspend properly (or wake from suspend) with f.lux active. Actually I suspect the suspend is not fully happening, as the machine was hot the morning after suspending the night before, and when the lid was opened, I got a black screen and had to hold the power button down to reboot. I had to do some digging around on the internet about this suspend issue, and found that it was perhaps one of the possible apps that is the culprit. Once I disabled f.lux, my machine seems to suspend/wake from suspend properly.

Same issue for me, black screen after wake up, I see the mouse pointer moving, sometimes I can get back to the desktop when pressing the power key several times, mostly I need to reboot the hard way.
