Bug with everyday reseting check "use dark menu bar and Dock" in General Settings

Hello!
I really love your app. But I like dark mode in OS X too.
Dark menu bar and Dock. It could be activated by tick in System Settings -> General -> use dark menu bar and Dock
It looks like:

Every morning I found it deactivated. I activate it by hand and enjoy for a whole day, but at the next day all over again: this check is reset and my OS X in light mode.
I'm doing this routine action for a couple month and I'm bored of it.
Could you fix it, please?

@onotole f.lux actually modifies this setting for activation at sunset. Then I assume it sets the "dark theme" back to unchecked, once sunrise happens. It's probably enabled by default in f.lux, so look in the settings there first.
