Remember color theme between launches

When I quit and relaunch Flux, please don't forget to use the last color theme I was using.

same problem here.
i m using dark mode in yosemite. Each time i launch f.lux, it changes it to light mode.
i tried to fully uninstall f.lux then reinstall with no luck. Any adea ?
