Notifications can't be disabled

Despite that f.lux is not in Notifications (OS X 10.10.5) by my preference, and all the possible notification possibilities are un-checkmarked, there are alerts that announce things like "You're waking up in 8 1/2 hours". This might be an OS issue, however f.lux is the only offender.

Yes, it's f.lux, and you can disable it. Uncheck Backwards Alarm Clock.

I unchecked he "Backwards alarm clock" option, but I keep getting notices every half hour. I LOVE f.lux, but this is driving me crazy! Help!
